Ciao, bella! Isla Fisher enjoyed a little fun under the sun on Monday, July 29, as she and husband Sacha Baron Cohen relaxed on a boat in Capri, Italy, with their two daughters.

Rocking a pair of chic shades, the redheaded Australian actress showed off her petite frame in a stylish purple one-piece swimsuit. Baron Cohen sat nearby in swim trunks, tending to the couple's kids, Olive, 5, and Elula, 2, both of whom donned summery dresses and hats.

Earlier this year, Fisher, 37, spoke to Fitness magazine about wanting to set a good example for her girls regarding body image and beauty. She said she doesn't own a scale because she doesn't want her daughters to become obsessed with physical appearance. "I wouldn't want them to see me weighing myself all the time," she explained. "I don't think it sends the right message."

The Confessions of a Shopaholic actress tries instead to focus on exercising for her health. For that reason, she loves yoga. "When you're really focused on your breathing, you're able to clear your head, and all the worries of everyday life go out the window. I love that feeling of being connected with my own body," Fisher told the mag. "If I'm stuck in traffic or have a bad moment in my day, I go back to my yoga practice and I breathe."

Ultimately, she said, staying in shape is about finding peace within herself. "For me, so much about life is acceptance. You can look in the mirror and find a million things wrong with yourself. Or you can look in the mirror and think, 'I feel good, I have my health, and I'm so blessed,'" she explained. "That's the way I choose to look at it. I don't need to be perfect. I'm doing just fine."
